Role Overview

The Head of Product will play a crucial role in shaping the product strategy and vision at Antfarm. This position involves leading a dedicated team to develop and deliver high-quality products that align with our company goals and meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company's overall vision.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and ensure successful delivery.
Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs to inform product development.
Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
Monitor product performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team.
Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and adjust product strategies accordingly.
Mentor and guide product team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or a related role.
Strong understanding of product management methodologies and best practices.
Proficiency in product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
Experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Nice to Have

Experience in agile product development environments.
Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
Knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends.
Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
