Role Overview
The Head of Business Development at Kaam.com will play a crucial role in driving sales, expanding our market reach, and fostering strategic partnerships to enhance revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the business development team in achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Identify new business opportunities and forge relationships with potential clients
- Promote and sell HR products such as CRM, ATS, and job marketplace effectively
- Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, pipeline, and performance
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
- Educational qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Strong networker with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Understanding of revenue generation and market dynamics
