Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Business Development professional to drive growth and expand our market reach. The role plays a crucial part in the company's revenue generation and strategic expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance offerings
  • Prepare reports on sales performance and revenue forecasts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the education or e-learning industry
  • Proficiency in CRM software
  • Additional language proficiency
