Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and experienced Manager – Creative & Design to lead the creative function across our portfolio of hospitality brands. This role demands a strong design sensibility, hands-on creative expertise, and the ability to drive branding and communication across diverse platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all creative output across print, digital, and video formats.
Design impactful communication for social media, websites, campaigns, menus, packaging, and in-store collaterals.
Drive branding and visual identity for new brand launches and refreshes.
Ensure brand consistency and high-quality creative execution across all customer touchpoints.
Liaise with vendors to manage production quality and negotiate costs effectively.
Independently manage the end-to-end creative function, supported by an intern/trainee.
Work efficiently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Experience: 10–12 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing.
Technical Skills: Complete proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
Media Knowledge: Strong understanding of both print and digital platforms.
Industry Background: Prior experience in hospitality/F&B preferred.
Work Style: Comfortable working in high-pressure and fast-paced settings.
Availability: Based in Mumbai and available to join immediately.
