Job Summary:

The Social Programme Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing various social programs run by the organization. They are responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating programs to ensure they align with the trust's mission and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social programs in line with the organization's goals
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs, making necessary adjustments as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful program delivery
  • Manage program budgets and resources efficiently
  • Track and report on program outcomes and impact

Technical Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in project management tools
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills
  • Knowledge of social development principles and practices

Soft Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills

Qualifications and Experience:

At least a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Development Studies, or a related field. Previous experience in program management or social development is required.
