Job Summary: As a Front Desk Executive at Club Mahindra, you will be the first point of contact for guests visiting our resort in Lonavala. Your role is crucial in providing exceptional customer service, managing guest inquiries, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage all incoming calls and redirect them to the appropriate department
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Address guest queries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Technical Skills Required: - Proficient in using MS Office Suite - Familiarity with reservation and booking systems
