Job Summary: As a Call Center Eng at Tech Mahindra, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues promptly will contribute to our overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers professionally
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide accurate information
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department
  • Maintain customer records by updating information in the system

Technical Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in using call center software and systems
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Ability to type quickly and accurately

Soft Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience and empathy towards customers
  • Ability to handle stress and pressure effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills

Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in any field, prior experience in a customer service role will be an advantage
